Negative: You had to pay for water and the oven in one of the units did not work and was never fixed. The units are a bit dated as well

Negative: The sargasso grass was causing the water to be murky. I wont come in November again. We like snorkeling off the pier, but it was to murky for that.

Positive: Location was stunning! Nice and quiet about 2 miles out of city center of San Pedro town, but close enough for quick runs if needed by golf cart. Very clean and well appointed. The view was awesome!

Negative: Our only complaint (pretty small) was the living room furniture. This villa can sleep 4 comfortably in the two rooms and 2 more on the sofa bed, but the couch and chairs in the living room will not comfortably sit 6. It would be a nice addition to change out the chairs for larger ones or another sofa. Also, flip the room around so you can see the view rather than having your back to it. Place the tv in a smaller unit so it can be next to the window in the corner with the window/ocean view available from the seating area.

Summary: Absolutely awesome place to stay and visit. Such a friendly country.

Positive: Beautiful, well equipped condo, very comfortable and with a great view . The property is handled by Suya Tours and Sandra who was our contact was great. She was able to get us a golf kart to the property at 9pm

Negative: Without this minor issues, the property is a 10. 1. The master bedroom didn’t have dark shades so we woke up at sunrise (5:30am) until they closed the Hurricane shades. 2. The property is at mosquito bay, and we didn’t prepay properly, so bring mosquitoes repellents
