Positive: Incredible oceanfront view. Beautiful property with an awesome pier that the management company can send boat tours to. Great, safe and spacious spot south of town with very responsive and accommodating management.
Negative: It’s a bit far from the main part of San Pedro. Takes about 15-20 minutes to drive into town each time. But it’s quiet at the resort and very safe.

Negative: You had to pay for water and the oven in one of the units did not work and was never fixed. The units are a bit dated as well

Negative: The sargasso grass was causing the water to be murky. I wont come in November again. We like snorkeling off the pier, but it was to murky for that.
