Positive: Good location, right next to a metro and bus terminal, also shopping mall next door. Nice sunny balcony from midday onwards. 15 minutes taxi drive from Central Helsinki train station.

Negative: The appartment could sleep for 4 people but there were only 3 dining chairs. And only 2 in the balcany. More (wine) glasses is desperately needed in the kitchen too.

Summary: Nice appartment next to good public transport.

Positive: Perfect location with easy access. The flat was fully equipped to our needs.

Negative: The sofa bed, cushions, pillows and duvets need a deep clean. Not the flat itself, but the corridors have a strong unpleasant odour.

Positive: Close to the big shopping centre at Tapiola and thus to busses and metro. I was surprised, and pleased, by the inclusion of a washer/dryer we could use. The neighbourhood is quiet on the evenings, say from the occasional dog bark.

Negative: The current construction works make it a bit hard to locate since the overpass bridge is temporary. Also the location for where to find the bins was a bit tricky, but nothing that brought down the overall impression. A note on trash sorting would be a good idea for future guests.

Summary: Excellent location, good with a family. Would/will book again.

Positive: I liked that everything needed for the stay was available - I easily used washing machine, coffee machine, oven and others. No need to run to supermarket and look for all stuff. The istructions about the checking in were complete and detailed in very beginning. I also like the availability and proximity of the parking spot, which I really needed during this travel.

Positive: All good. A nice small apartment, just enough for a short stay. Only steps away from a shopping mall and metro, very convenient!

Negative: There was some construction work ongoing in the neighborhood, but of course it's outside their control. A microwave in the kitchen would have been nice. Key for parking lot (tight space) has to be returned back to the apartment on 5th floor, a slight inconvenience but again it's probably inevitable.
