Positive: The staff were great, very friendly people, very welcoming, able to speak multiple languages, and accommodating at late hours too. Parking is decent. Hotel has a lift, so great for accessibility. They allowed us to extend our stay by a few hours, free of charge. I cannot fault the hotel on their hospitality, they met every request with a smile and warmth, kudos to them. For the price, the space was plentiful. Dental kit provided when requested, again, cannot fault the hospitality.
Negative: I think there are areas of improvement. Cleanliness was a problem, the floor was dirty, turning white socks dark within a few minutes of walking. The toilet seat was dirty before our use. Beds are very firm, something worth noting. Towels were missing (provided when requested).
Summary: Not the best, not the worst. Great hospitality, but areas of improvement.

Positive: We liked how clean the room was and how friendly the staff were. When we had an issue with the AC, they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room and apologized, which we really appreciated
Negative: There wasn’t anything major that we didn’t like. We only had an issue with the AC at first, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us to a better room, so it wasn’t a problem
