Positive: In the end it was all fine, but the start was shaky.

Negative: When we walked into our room, it was apparent that house keeping did not finish cleaning. There was trash in the waste basket, all the lights were on, the bathmat was on the floor and 2 unfolded towels were thrown on the counter. We went down to the desk to ask for a new room, only to be told that they were sold out. It was only when my husband demanded compensation that the clerk seemed to find another room. Adding to the problem was the fact that I had prepaid booking.com, so I had been told I would have to take up the matter with them . Once settled in our new found room, everything was fine , and The Tannery Bar and Restaurant next door was amazing, including a fun trivia night.

Negative: TVs in the room are unusually small. In a 2-bed room, there is only a single nightstand between the beds. There are no outlets or nightstands for the sleepers in the outer positions, so those people have nowhere to plug-in a bedside phone charger.
