Positive: Good value and location for very reasonable price. We are older retired folks and must add that for us, the price won out over climbing stairs to 3rd floor... BUT 150 year old building right in the middle of the coolest best part of downtown... apartment was nice and comfortable ... kind of an adventure, and nicely updated. Beautiful wood floors style you'd never find today!

Negative: Parking but honestly during the time I came I always found a spot. Stairs- there is no elevator which wasn’t an issue for me but of friend of mine had trouble breathing after a while. The two bedroom downstairs started to overflow with bubbles when we started the dishwasher.

Positive: It was in a great location downtown. It felt like home away from home.

Negative: Didn’t like the message at 10:30 pm cause of someone else who stayed in the wrong spot. Also didn’t like the fact that those same ppl left the deadbolt out to the door so the door wasn’t secured and anyone could’ve walked in. Those same ppl were so loud going up and down the stairs.

Positive: Location was grest and parking was easy. Several good restaurants within a few blocks walk. Unit had all amenities and dishes, utilities and cookware.

Negative: Mattress was a bit too soft. Front stairs were longer than expected but manageable.
