Positive: Apartment was big, clean, and well maintained for the price. Was very impressed with the location in proximity to food and bar downstairs had amazing drinks. Large Park one block down was a nice as well.
Negative: The door lock was a little tricky to use sometimes. People didn't seem to understand how to lock the main door after useing it

Positive: Location was perfect and it was quaint and historical. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. It’s a very cool concept and the price point was outstanding.
Negative: The entire building needs a deep clean including the dusty and dirty entry way/stairs leading to the apartments. Baseboards and bathroom corners were dirty. Kitchen sink drain stunk. They’re old. I get it. I do think it could benefit from some elbow grease though. Linens appeared clean and apartment was tidy and well-kept.
Summary: Awesome location and great amenities for the price.

Positive: Good value and location for very reasonable price. We are older retired folks and must add that for us, the price won out over climbing stairs to 3rd floor... BUT 150 year old building right in the middle of the coolest best part of downtown... apartment was nice and comfortable ... kind of an adventure, and nicely updated. Beautiful wood floors style you'd never find today!

Negative: Parking but honestly during the time I came I always found a spot. Stairs- there is no elevator which wasn’t an issue for me but of friend of mine had trouble breathing after a while. The two bedroom downstairs started to overflow with bubbles when we started the dishwasher.

Positive: It was in a great location downtown. It felt like home away from home.
Negative: Didn’t like the message at 10:30 pm cause of someone else who stayed in the wrong spot. Also didn’t like the fact that those same ppl left the deadbolt out to the door so the door wasn’t secured and anyone could’ve walked in. Those same ppl were so loud going up and down the stairs.
