Positive: The spa is exceptional. A short hike to a suspension bridge which is really nice. Like the fact that many locals are there and just enjoying themselves

Positive: The room, the public hot springs. The view everywhere.

Negative: We entered our building via the back door in order to avoid having to go down stairs with our bags, which is very considerate. But it did mean we entered via the bins. This did ruin the magic briefly. It's no big deal, but it did have me worried for a moment that I had made a mistake booking this place. I was very happy with the hotel, but maybe it would make sense sprucing up this back door area if it gets used by guests.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in the most perfect and picturesque location. Surrounded by mountains with great hiking trails. Hot spring was great- lots of pools.

Negative: The bathroom drains in our room smelt very bad- it was overpowering if you had the door open. Only one dinner option.
