Positive: Huge studio, got 2 rooms inside with living hall & small pantry with kitchen utensil. Near beach but need to drive

Negative: No water heater (if you have infant), need to climb up (shop lot)

Positive: A strategic place. Near the beach and town. Many stalls and food scattered around the place. It's the 1st floor of a shop lot. Nicely renovated.

Negative: No WiFi. TV cannot be connected.
