Positive: Good location with picturesque views next to mountains and rivers; some birds and alpacas kept on site. Spacious, clean rooms with hot water. Food fine.

Negative: We were asked by the reservations manager to pay back the Booking.com genius discount of 15% even though I had a receipt and booking confirmed email. This was tiresome after a long journey. Some of the arguments employed were ridiculous. There wasn’t any information whatsoever available about the local walks / environment.

Summary: Worth a visit; young, friendly staff but beware the reservation manager

Positive: It's a simple hotel but good. It's close to the mountains if you are looking to do day hikes. The rooms are spacious and confortable, everything was clean. The food at the restaurant was also good.

Negative: Breakfast was too simple.
