Positive: Perfect position and it had all needed to stay a few days. The street is very safe because it is closed and only resident can access. Breakfast also was amazing! Bread, eggs, orange juice, butter and jam

Negative: All the staff does not speak English at all and they are not proactive in helping for the stay. Example: the hotel is in a street that in the night is closed with a key. We had a guided tour at 4am, the staff saw us going outside but they didn’t advised us that the street was closed, so we needed to go back to the hotel to ask for the key, in a rush. A final note for future customers: the property does not provide an hairdryer. I didn’t noticed on Booking.

Positive: Beautiful area of town, staff were very helpful and nice 😊

Negative: I don’t like to complain, but first off: it would be nice if there was a place to put your soap in the shower. I stayed on the main floor by the office and there is an adjacent suite that they just attached a fake wall beside the other suite on the main floor and you can hear the person using the bathroom beside you; this was stressful for me because I like some kind of privacy, especially if you book a private room. I guess that’s pretty well that everything else was fantastic..

Negative: I called the property before booking to ask if they have Air Conditioning, since the AC filter option was not available in booking for hotels in arequipa. I was told that they have AC just in the big room so i booked it even though i was alone. When i reached the hotel i asked again about AC and the receptionist confirmed. After i went to the room and was surprised by the lack of AC i went down to the reception to complain and they kept insisting that the portable heater has an option that will give cool air and that they will ask maintenance to come and fix it for me…
