Summary: The room is clean, spacious and modern. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is authentic Vietnamese food. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Ninh Binh.

Summary: My partner and I stayed for 1 night, the apartment is biking distance to the Tam Coc town centre (15-20 minutes walk but difficult with suitcases). Our room was on he 3rd floor with no elevator but stairs are wide and accessible. The owner was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions even at 11PM. The room did have some sticky spots on the floor but otherwise was very clean. The housekeeper was friendly and very polite. We checked out at about 1pm and were able to leave our bags in the reception for the next few hours to continue sightseeing. Lovely place

Summary: Lily was amazing and very accommodating! The space was big, close to the city center, and she helped arrange transfers to and from Hanoi. Also her property came with free bikes for people to rent out and explore Ninh Binh. Her dog Kendi was also very cute!
