Not your average mountain rental! This 1933 brick Craftsman home offers a unique rental opportunity in the north Georgia mountains. Enjoy the beautiful vintage character of this home while being minutes from all the amazing hiking, kayaking, tubing, rock climbing etc. that the Appalachians has to offer. Set on 2.19 acres on top of Tallulah Gorge in Tallulah Falls (address is Clarkesville but we are in Town of Tallulah Falls), the peace and tranquility here will make you want to sit on one of the 2 screened porches, the deck, or the lower patio and stay a while. We fell in love the moment we walked into this home and we think you will too. This home offers over 2000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 laundries to accommodate large gatherings, families, or possibly your next yoga retreat. Less than a 2 hour drive from downtown Atlanta, this is the perfect place to get away from all the traffic and the fast pace of the city. Our home offers satellite television and Wi-fi to stay connected if you must but we highly suggest turning off and just enjoying yourself.

Summary: Such a clean, warm and spacious home. Everything was just as we needed and in really good condition. We enjoyed whitewater rafting, hiking to the bottom of the gorge and playing in Helen for the day. Dining in Clayton is amazing and easy to access. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This was a great house to serve as home base during college graduation weekend at Toccoa Falls College. The house is beautiful and if I could have stayed forever I would have. This place is charming with its classic charm and historical accuracies. It’s furnished well and comfortable. I loved everything about it except that we had to leave too soon!

Summary: This home is quite lovely, and works very well for a larger group. We had 8 adults and an infant, and we each had our own bed to sleep in. There are lots of amenities, like a grill and a fire bowl, appliances and electronics. It was nice to have odds and ends like condiments and aluminum foil on site, too. The home is in a great location, very close to Tallulah Gorge park, but it still feels secluded. Check-in and check-out were easy. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: House was exceptionaly clean and beautiful. Grounds were beautiful, as well. Plenty of rooms for my family . Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and charming house for rest and relaxation.
