Positive: This property is beyond 5 stars. We travel a lot and stay at many homes. This home is, by far, the cleanest and best kept. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay. The home has EVERYTHING that you need. I mean EVERYTHING! Coffee, tea, creamer, agave, honey, seasoning, all kitchen utensils and equipment, linens and towels, washing soap, etc.... The mattress on the beds, the pillows, sheets, and blankets were comfortable, and the linens smelled absolutely refreshing. Whoever decorated has a great eye for fashion and comfort! The home is cozy and classy. If you are a Christian or a believer in God, you will feel right at home and protected. The guest contact Donald, responds immediately, and is very accommodating to your needs. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for an A++++++ stay. It sucks that it is not always available. I got lucky this time around, and that attests to how great of a place it is. I actually booked way back in May for a trip in April. The April trip didn't work out under unforseen circumstances, and the owners worked with me to reschedule for June so I would not lose my money. I am so grateful they were willing to accept a date change. Like I mentioned earlier, very accommodating. Great place to stay, even greater people to work with!

Negative: Ok...... I am a menopausal 51 year old. I was hot!! The AC unit is set to go no lower than 75. I was literally sweating my bageebees off every night. Lol I failed to look in the closet in the downstairs bedroom until we were checking out and saw there was a fan. It was like the sky opened up, and rays of sunlight shone down through the heavens when I found it. Only, it was too late. I really wished I saw that fan on day 1. That definitely would have made it more comfortable for me at night. But, this was not the fault of the property. The property had just what I needed, the fan. I just didn't see it in time to use it.

Negative: The host made me very uncomfortable, the minute he saw something he was texting me, at one point I felt like our privacy was being violated. When we were getting ready to leave, he put a lot of pressure on us. Checkout was at 10am, he started texting me at 10:01am. I have never experienced such harrassment when renting an apartment or home.
