Positive: The setting of the property is absolutely stunning - beautiful old gum trees, tree ferns and so many birds! We loved going out on to the balcony and seeing all of the birds come and visit the bird feeder. It was great to unplug and get away. The hosts Dave and Victoria were lovely and easy to communicate with.

Positive: An amazing house in an incredible location. Better than we could have imagined. Parrots, possums, glow worms, kookaburras...so many friendly local animals. Slept like babies because the beds are so comfortable.

Negative: No negatives to report.

Positive: Love the location, while a lil out of the way.... that is what makes it special. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Homely feel about the place, relaxed as soon as we arrived. Wood fire and supply was great and all facilities you need are right there.

Positive: Location was great, though a bit challenging to get to, the facilities were good, the sauna put warmth back into my bones.

Negative: Did the spa have a water heater? It never got hot.

Summary: We used it as a base for running the Great Ocean Road Marathon, very thankful for the sauna and spa.
