Positive: I liked everything. The villa is just as advertised, perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms, a small kitchen in the middle (equipped with everything you need) and a very nice terrace (with lounges, umbrellas)

Positive: I can't stop raving about this property: architecture, interior design, location, view, everything was at its finest. It is such a hidden gem, same like the Kavarna beach. Milena, the owner, is such a kind person and she was very attentive of our requests, we asked her to stock up the fridge, she did not only that, but prepared some fresh fruits for us as a bonus. We've had great communication with her and was always reachable by phone. The room size is very generous, modern interior design, large modern bathroom as well. Great sunbeds on the terrace to enjoy the absolutely magnificent view when having breakfast or dinner. AC worked perfect.

Negative: There's nothing I didn't enjoy during our stay here. Very close to the beach but you have to climb some stairs as the location is on a hill above the beach. That might deter some but was no problem for us, we were on holiday and had all the time in the world to walk to and from the beach.

Summary: A hidden gem in Kavarna, would higly recommend it to anyone!

Negative: We had bad weather and there is no sofa area inside, so you sit in the kitchen. If the weather is good you can use the beautifull deck as a commonarea.

Positive: The best property we have visited on the Black sea! It has an amazing view and facilities. The hosts are great and helped us make a birthday surprise with a home made birthday cake. Super high attention to detail!

Positive: Everything was perfect here! Very clean rooms, close to the beach. Private parking, everything that you need for your vacation! The owner is very friendly, helpful with everything you need - she is amazing. I will come back whenever I have few days off !
