Positive: Central location. Agency was efficient.

Negative: No heating, faulty electricity, single glazed windows that didn't allow you to bolt down for a small bit of air. No reading lamp in lounge. Only full light or nothing. No radio or sound system in lounge. TV upstairs fine but ability to play music or listen to radio in lounge kitchen area missing.

Positive: The location was wonderful for exploring Horsham.

Negative: The space was a little small. The shower was very hard to regulate. The bathroom door threshold strip was broken. Of most concern was mold in the corners of the living room and kitchen. There was no air flow on the main living floor and some ventilation would have been appreciated and would have helped the mold problem. It felt damp on the main floor.

Positive: It’s querkiness

Negative: Poor attention to detail/finishing of DIY projects. Cleaner not doing thorough job so it looks tired, scuffed and a little unloved. Also fake candle is in the upstairs fireplace which is broken and made of glass. This needs to be thrown in the bin and replaced. Paper which is being used instead of tiles in said fireplace has been miss shapened and looks sloppy. Glass fragments still on fire hearth so it’s sad it’s the first thing you encounter when going upstairs. Could have done with a guest book with details in.

Summary: Ok but has the potential to be so much better with a little extra care.
