Positive: Staff was exceptional. We had a few unrelated inconveniences outside of the hotel and they helped us quickly and professionally. Facilities were great, everything was very clean. Location was good too, not as touristy as dotonbori but still had very busy restaurants and night life close by, more for the locals. There are a few shortcuts not on Google maps for some small alleyways that get you to the north exit of Kyobashi much quicker as well.

Positive: There's cooking facilities (albeit one pot, one pan, but that's all I needed). The nearby Keihan Food Hall was fantastic. The room was spacious for two people so overall, a good if you want to eat in.

Negative: A little hard to find initially (Google Maps issue) but once we got our bearings the location near the station was great.

Summary: Very comfortable, spacious, well located.

Positive: Superb location: very near to Kyobashi station with a mall and convenience store. Friendly host (shout out to Hina and Rika!): Prompts reply and welcomed us warmly. Spacious room and bathroom equips with good water pressure shower head.

Negative: Pillows are on the thinner side.

Positive: Convenient location. Clean room. Washer helps a lot for less luggage to travel with.

Negative: We hit our feet and legs to the corner of bed very often. And there are steps to the bathroom and a small kitchen area.

Summary: 2 minutes from the station and it was super convenient! That made our stay easier.
