Positive: Everything was great. The team was very helpful in assisting us with booking the safari and ensuring we were allocated good zones ( we got zones 1, 2, 3, and 5). Although we did not see the tigers, we were lucky to spot a leopard. I also used the spa between the games, and it was truly wonderful. The massages were lovely, and I felt completely relaxed. All the meals were outstanding, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
