Summary: The facility was not up to the mark because of ongoing geopolitical issues in UAE so they were understaffed and most of the restaurants in the hotels amenities were not available so that’s the reason Taj has got four stars

Summary: Stayed in the Club Room (was upgraded). The service from the moment of check-in is top class! Beautiful hotel, excellent staff offering a warm welcoming and friendly experience throughout. Located in downtown Dubai and mins from all the attractions. This was the first time I stayed at the Taj Dubai and I will look forward to staying here again on my next visit later this year! Thank you to the team at the Taj for excellent hospitality!
