Summary: Great breakfast choices. Clean rooms slightly tired. Comfy bed and lovely bedlinen. Club room staff friendly and helpful although service is very slow. Misinformation on check in. Checked id booked a car to airport three times during stay and got told yes yet when I attended reception at 0545 they weren’t aware of a specific booking which I had done 3 times. Very frustrating. Not up to the standards of other Taj hotels

Summary: Rooms are getting old. I have been staying at these property for many years and all my trips to Kolkata. But the rooms I have been originally given in Taj Club floor was very poor and old. The next day, I was shifted to the renovated room. But still the room and bathroom is not upto the Taj Standard. The Taj club was renovated as well but got smaller. Overall, my experience was not as par to many many previous experience
