Summary: The room was the very luxurious and spacious. It was the best part of our stay. This is a big impersonal hotel that caters for many guest staying at the same time. As such, it lacks the personal caring service we received from other Taj Hotels. Some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. That said, some staff were very friendly and helpful. So, there is poor consistence of service. I couldn't help feel that any offer of help was motivated for the tip rather than a genuine desire to help. The gym is well equipped but a number of the exercise machines were faulty or not working.

Summary: This was a terribly disappointing stay at The Taj Agra. Our rooms and the general hotel upkeep was disappointing. Many dirty areas.. the shower was mouldy and dirty grouting. The maintenance is poor. I would not rate this a 5 star hotel. We had booked 3 rooms and each guest had the same opinion. Disappointed at the Taj Brand

Summary: The stay was very average.. not like the Taj is known for, it was my husband's birthday but nothing special was done.. even the cake given was not at all good, We requested for a room upgrade even that was not given first day, was promised to be given complementary second day but later they even charged for the upgrade..

Summary: Excellent food and staff service however Bed comfort was a bit poor. One of my mattresses had a huge sink in the middle making for a very difficult night rest. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more and at least more than 1 large towel and more than two small ones. Toilet paper and amenities were at a minimum also. Very convenient for a quick trip to Taj Mahal . Lots for kids to do and enjoy like the play room, puppet show, clay and pottery. Electricity and power went a few times but not a major concern. The rooms need to be refreshed a bit more as the carpets are visibly stained and walls. All in all it was a mix but not concerning enough to not choose the hotel for my next stay. Look forward to staying here in the future as I know the staff are dedicated to providing a good experience with older facilities.
