Summary: The Taj staff especially Shashi Tambi (restaurant manager) were very courteous and welcoming. I had to take a business meeting, and Shashi facilitated a conference room on the Taj Club floor without inquiring about our club status etc. Wonderfully maintained property, great chefs who come to the table to discuss how to prepare your meal. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Check in was fine. Room was humid and stuffy; even with the A/C running for several hours. Water was not hot; but too late to changes rooms as needed to check out and leave. The service at the restaurant was very slow and chaotic. The food was mediocre at best; and fairly poor for Taj level hotel.

Summary: Got overwhelmed with 'Namastes' from hotel staff at every corner of the hotel. Coordination between various restaurants at the hotel and the front desk billing appeared broken - poor tracking and double billing issues. Inexperienced staff. Only Namastes, no valuable service. Food selection was poor. Food service was also poor.
