Negative: No Air Conditioning, Summer becomes hot and uncomfortable. Furnitures are old and not clean. Bed is uncomfortable. Customer service is no good. Heater was on and I asked the customer service about how to turn it off. They just said it is like this and refuse to provide further help. Blankets are dirty.

Summary: Not a good experience.

Positive: Beautiful layout of home with upstairs and downstairs, festive. Great water pressure and amenities such as kitchenware, extra towels, bedding, books and games.

Negative: Stairs leading to the actual cabin too many to quantify, too icy on stairs and railing for this time of year. Not close enough trash receptacles for the only one was 500 ft away, could not get fireplace to work, need television upstairs near fireplace. Lastly, need an extended check out if requested

Positive: It was great for the price , plenty of space and in a pretty location

Negative: We would have liked to have some kind of air conditioning, and the garbage was a little difficult to find but besides that it was a nice place to stay

Positive: The location and atmosphere love the trees in the village

Negative: The two queen beds are old. The springs are singing and giving squeaky noise each time body make a turn and keep waking up. So couldn’t really sleep through the nights. The bathroom on lower floor leaks. The strict rules on visitors. No visiting if occupancy at its max.

Negative: Spiders and bugs weren’t in a small supply, haha. But bearable.

Negative: The Wi-Fi did not work or get fixed after the staff said they would send a technician. I had a cabin full of teenagers who really depended on Wi-Fi.
