Positive: Great location by the beach, good buffet breakfast, good restaurant menu, good service staff, nice and spacious property well maintained and landscaped very nice and the price less, than half of the price I paid at another hotel which was not nearly as good
Negative: Nothing could have been better, I only wish that I had stayed there for my entire stay on the Island

Positive: Beautiful setting. Clean good sized pool. Water cooler in reception 2 very good receptionists and the guy in reception at night.
Negative: Basic, no coffee machine in the room No fridge in room Restaurant not very good, selection of food was not great Couple of the staff were rude Did not pick us up after they emailed to say they would. Responded to email a week in advance and no response and was left to get a taxi

Positive: They had everything for a comfortable stay, amazing views, pool and very cozy area around it. But mostly amazing is the manager lady. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and what's happening right now, because of here I learned that there is a tapati festivale finale and saw this, otherwise probably would have missed it. Other stuff is also very friendly. Overall, great and comfortable stay
Negative: Pool is not that big as on the photo, but they do have it, it's clean and deep and does it really matter when you have a warm pacific ocean just in 5 minutes walk?!

Positive: Lovely, atmospheric hotel in a perfect location near the coast and walking distance to the main street. Clean with excellent WiFi. The restaurant was brilliant with a gorgeous view at sunset. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Airport transfer included, which was convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!
Negative: It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation".
Summary: Lovely, atmospheric, excellent location, clean, friendly staff, but be aware of the deposit issues
