Positive: Great, full apartment, quiet and super comfortable. I arrived late and the super kind hosts even prepared a simple dinner for me!

Negative: It was a little difficult to find - but communication with the hosts was easy and they arrived promptly to assist.

Positive: The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Everything is new and the facilities are as stated in the listing. Very convenient for the airport which is a 10 minute drive away. It is in a farm setting and very peaceful. It is offered at a good price and I highly recommend it for a first or last night in Quito. The beds are very comfortable.

Negative: Hard to be critical but it lacks kitchen equipment and a microwave to make a guest self sufficient. That said there are plenty of restaurants close by. There are 3 TV's but if one had You Tube and was a smart TV that would provide more entertainment.
