Positive: Lovely little house, very clean, no issues with parking - host was very quick to respond to questions, great communication all round. Tea and milk available when we arrived which was much appreciated. Bathroom is excellent with a very large bath tub and walk in shower.

Negative: No duvets provided for the bedroom downstairs. My friend used the throws from the sofas but didn't sleep as she was still cold. Host said she would have brought some over, even though we didn't notice until gone 10pm. Very steep stairs - elderly or those with less mobility would definitely struggle. WiFi did not work, even after rebooting. Luckily my Autistic 12 year old could use his phone data as he uses it to regulate when feeling overwhelmed. (We consider WiFi for our stays) I felt the price was a little steep for 1 night, especially with no WiFi or duvets in 1 room (2 beds) but we were extremely limited on options due to Jess Glynne concert.

Positive: This house was ideal for our needs with a kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine), living room and 3 decent sized bedrooms. We parked easily outside. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. There is access to a garden with a picnic table and washing line. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There was a large TV in the living space and another in the master bedroom. Lots and lots of storage which would be very helpful for a longer stay. There was a corner store nearby and we easily ordered delivery services. It is very near the Brit School (nearer than it looks on the map), if you need accommodation near that.

Negative: As is the nature of these period properties, the stairs are quite steep. Just something to be aware of if you have guests with mobility issues - fine for us as there is a very secure hand rail and none of us were elderly.

Positive: We had the pleasure of staying here with my husband and two children and what can I say enough space for our family of four, the little attention to details with the labels of where items were, little box of toys which my youngest appreciated, coming in with snacks and water amazing, even provided us with milk in the fridge ( we are lactose family) I still appreciated it, we will be coming again and would stay again and would recommend this property to anyone else I know, wish we could of stayed longer.

Negative: Only negative which isn't the properties fault or issue is the parking but it is only on a Monday to stay from 9-5pm but that wasn't even an issue for us as we only had to pay for like 2hrs
