Positive: The apartment was well air conditioned! Had lovely space, nice and clean. Fantastic location! They have a small grocery store on the same street that closes at 10pm so it's very convenient if you arrive late at night and need to get something.

Negative: Unforunately the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty.

Positive: In complete home comfort. Everything you need is available. It has a very pleasant terrace. The landlord is helpful. He responds instantly to your every question. Having a private parking space also saves you from the stress of looking for a parking space. Definitely a place we would like to stay again.

Positive: We loved everything about the apartment! It had everything you needed. It was quiet, although residents are living there. Very good security in the building! The owner, Julian, was a great host! He and his wife were both on hand if you needed anything. We will definitely be going back if we can get in. It's such a popular apartment. It's so relaxing on the balcony in the daytime and in the evening! Great location. Bus stop about 2 minutes walk around the corner. Same for the tram. Tight next to the bus stop. The tube is about a 4-minute walk.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike.

Summary: Home from home. EXCELLENT APARTMENT!

Positive: The place itself was fabulous, and super clean, with very homely touches like the family album and, a lovely balcony. Love the blinds. The location is safer if you take a right and head for the port area. It's a place we would stay again if you ever returned to Marseille, but unfortunately, we wouldn't. But if you guys did, stay here. It's totally worth it. Love the washing machine, and shower gel and shampoo. You guys did amazing . Amazing hosts. Always answer straight away. Probably the best hosts I've ever had.

Negative: Marseille in general didn't feel safe unless we stayed at the port area but even then its run down . Nothing to do with the Apt. Maybe the bed is the only thing I would say about the Apt. It's not very comfy but other than that it gets a 9 from me .
