Positive: Excellent location away from the city life. T11/12, amenities excellent. Staff ever so polite and warm. Reception staff was beautiful and went beyond their way to be ever so helpful. Breakfast selections were great. We will surely come there again. Should we visit Taiwan.

Positive: Good location if you wanna stay more than one day in Lipao area. Modern decoration. Easy parking space. Extra amenities (water, toilet paper, etc.)

Negative: Staffs are not professional. One thing happened at one night around 9pm - we called the front desk for 10 mins and there's no one averring the call, which can be pretty dangerous. The breakfast is merely ok - don't hold any expectations. There're two buildings and we stayed in the newly built one; you can still smell the smell of new decoration and the lobby of this building is empty and clearly still under construction.

Negative: Very poor service. Charged us extra for an upgrade to get a double bed even though our booking clearly stated that we had a double room. Shuttle is unreliable. Staff unfriendly and lazy, had to go look for the receptionists who were chatting on the parking lot.
