Positive: - The location is perfect! Leiden Centraal (train station) is a couple of minutes away from you - Right in front of the living room you look at the beautiful windmill - The house is warm and the toilet has heated floors - We thought the couch was small but we found out last day that it's extendable!! - Kitchen had everything you'd need to make things inside - The instructions were clear and easy

Negative: - Construction next to the house was brutal, starts around ~8am, that was the biggest set off from the whole experience - When it's raining, and believe me it's always raining, there is a pipe next to the bedroom window that keeps making sounds and wouldn't let you sleep at night - No outlets in the bedroom
