Positive: The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer even. The place is close to Lommel's center and couple of nice restaurants.

Negative: If you have a toddler be aware that the apartment is not on the ground floor but first floor. There are some stairs. For our toddler, we secured it using our luggage.
