Positive: loved the location close to the woods. it was quiet and the woods were pretty
Negative: check in was complicated. we followed directions from booking.com but needed to go to restaurant de heerlijkheid in Eese to check in . it was just a 5 minute drive away but was a bit annoying

Positive: Very nice house. Clean and well decorated.
Negative: The common areas and water ponds can be maintained. It was really in bad shape. We arrived at night and it was quite impossible to find the house in dark. The reception closes at 17:30

Positive: The house is amazing, totally exceeded our expectations. It's clean, comfortable, cozy and big nough for a family of 4 people. The house is warm naturally without turning on the heating even when it's very cold outside. The place and the area are very quiet. The neighbors are very nice.
Negative: The keys had to be picked up relatively far away from the house, but that was in the description. The place itself has only the houses, no entertainments, restaurants or activities, and the nearest city is 10-15 minutes driving.

Positive: excellent accomodation and as per the photos. No unexpected surprises.
Negative: There are some constructions still onsite so maybe a bit of an annoyance. Also, the reception is too far away from the actual accomodations.
