Summary: This is a lovely hotel in the small historic house that belonged to the Steyns family, who founded the Belgian shoe brand Ambiorix. In addition to the lovely rooms, there are many historical artifacts and framed documents pertaining to shoe manufacturing displayed. The beds are comfortable; shower is fantastic; and breakfast is very good. I look forward to returning to Tongeren (which itself is a lovely place) just to visit this hotel.
