Positive: Location near the Kuala Perlis beach, Masjid Al Hussain, RORO and ferry terminal to Langkawi. Many eatery near the hotel. Strategic location. Staff very polite, fast check in and out.

Negative: No elevator. Never mind only 2 floor.

Positive: The hotel is located next to the jetty to Langkawi, so it was convenient to catch a ferry to the island. There's a ZUS Coffee outlet next door, and some local eating places.

Negative: There's no place to hang clothes in the room.
