Positive: This unit was very clean, had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances (including a waffle iron!) and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Patrick before arrival was great, and he was there to greet us and walk us through the unit. Some welcome gifts were left for us. The wifi was fast, and the washing machine was easy to use. The shower was huge with lots of hot water, towels and shower supplies. It was wonderful having on site free parking, and Ghent and Brugge were easily accessible by car. (The field of sheep, visible through the bathroom window, had little lambs running and leaping! Oh, my heart.)
Negative: The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were quite squeaky. The bedding on the upstairs double bed was a bit worn.
Summary: Would happily stay here again!

Positive: Excellent apartment, very comfortable and roomy. Pictures do not do it justice. Much better than pictures suggest. All rooms are large so plenty of room. A semi detached property with private parking. Very quiet area, supermarket close by. Met by pleasant owner when we arrived.
Negative: Being very picky, there wasn't an ironing board or corkscrew! (Owner left us a bottle of wine, fortunately we had one!)
Summary: Excellent place to stay 6th
