Positive: A good sized room. Good sized bathroom. Air conditioning came in handy. Nice touch in the morning, with coffee and and croissants included. Nice location, walking distance to the town.

Negative: Limited availability of the croissants in the morning. If you didn't get downstairs for when it started at 7:30, you'd miss out. Maybe I was unlucky, as the bulk of the other guests were French lol.

Positive: It was very clean, staff was very nice as well and helpful. The room was very comfortable and in very good condition, not just from cleanliness perspective.

Negative: The wifi was very weak in the room (both of them). The water for the shower was lukewarm and then the last night it was cold and had to finish my shower in cold water.

Positive: It is a nice place close to the Pannon University where I had to work for these 3 days of my stay in Veszpém, and it is close to the city centre and the medieval Burg. If you are a person interested in visiting the important monuments of the city you don' t have to use public transportation (which is also very good in this city), everything can be reached by foot. Caffé and a frech croissant is waiting for every guest every morning. They are flexible, they asked me if it is OK to have an other room then the booked one because of the noise due to some renovation work done during my stay. They were flexible with my check-out request, too, I could leave my loggage there until my daily program was finished in late afternoon. The Villa has a nice little frontyard you can have caffé there or to have small talk if you are with friends, family.

Negative: I could not mention anything which would be not OK, everything was as I aspected. Maybe one thing: the bed was too soft for me - but it can be also a quality for others :)
