Positive: Good location, big jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Negative: We stayed for Christmas, had to cook a lot of food, but it was very complicated as the pan and cutting boards were tiny. We asked for a bigger one, but have not been provided or even offered an extra one.

Positive: Great location, easy to access most city by foot. Supermarket is close by. Great room, very good space. Second bed was prepared and was extra to the sofa. good kitchen. Great bathroom, very warm. Nice pool, jacuzi, sauna and turkish bath. We really loved our stay, specially the kids.

Negative: Only minor things to point out. Would be nice to have at least salt available in the kitchen. It is a bit confusing the use of wifi, we found three different wifi networks and passwords advertised in our room. Not clear how to close the blinds.

Positive: A very nice apartment size room. Very spacious to do a lot of things. Had a kitchen separate toilet from shower. Very warm heating expression for the cold winter month.

Negative: They said after every third night they were come and clean the room but they didn’t. They came on the fourth night instead. The receptionist was a bit aggressive. We were storing our luggage away and he came and got upset and started moving the bags around.

Positive: 2nd time here. Good location for walking around the city, the metro or trams. Lots of cafes etc within a short distance. Like being able to use the pool.
