Positive: The experience was excellent and definitely great value for money! We arrived very early around 10 AM, and they checked us in within just 30 minutes. They even upgraded our room from a standard one to a first-row sea view room — which was such a nice surprise. The reception team was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was super clean, and the view was absolutely stunning! The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, and the animation team was active and genuinely trying to entertain guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations! 🌟

Negative: The only thing that could be improved is the food — the taste could be better, and the variety and quality of the dishes could be upgraded a bit

Positive: All words not enough to discrib how much I love Swiss touch resort finally back to our lovely hotel, 2nd visit within 4 month and not be last, as usual different atmosphere compared by another hotels, you will fell like a home, friendly and helpful stuff, perfect food with variety every day, we felt all the changes that have been achieved within last 4 month that was because of the respectful person Mr. Mohamed Salem (CEO) and all of his team, special thanks to all reception team , chif Ibrahim, Mr. El Khatib, and to our beautiful chif ( chif Nour) and to all swiss touch stuff and it was such an hounr to meet you all ,See you soon إن شاء الله

Positive: The staff all were perfect started from Reception Mr Ahmed Atef to bar, restaurants , beach even when we need the clinic which opened at 11 pm all the staff super hero’s 🙏🙏🙏 The food quality and taste perfect The beach and the pool superior 🏖️

Negative: The room furniture need to be renovated and replaced The coffee bar need to be improved with real coffee machine with real coffee beans not only instant coffee
