Summary: location was in the heart of everything.

Summary: The hotels front desk staff need more training. They put us in room 1723, right next door they were doing emergency plumbing repairs. We had angle grinding, drilling and jack hammering. We asked the front desk how long the repairs would take and they said ten minutes. One hour later they were still going, rang front desk, they said sorry , it will just be another 10minutes. After 3 hours we asked to change rooms. We had to ask, they didn’t offer at any stage. The air conditioner was also broken, it was stuck on sixteen degrees. If you’re going to call yourself a five star hotel, your staff need much better training.

Summary: Lovely art deco building, with modern rooms. Great outdoor heated pool. Lovely bar (we didn't eat in). We booked for 1 adult and 2 kids (17/14) - and it would have been ideal to have a bed on the floor, rather than sharing a double - there was plenty of room in the room for this. Maybe ask if this could be arranged if you're a family.

Summary: Light in the coffee cupboard was on all night could not turn it off , so it lit up the room . Receptionist was rude on check in . Corner room was very dingy , could not sit on the balcony as the air conditioner was so noisy and the view was the kitchen vent system . Really not worth the money . Won't stay again . But nice hotel anyway
