Summary: The Hotel shuttle did not meet me at the airport after I made arrangements 3 hours earlier. I called the hotel after waiting in the shuttle pickup area and no one answered. I was overwhelmed by the thin air in heat and I end up taking a taxi to the hotel and my fare was $2000 bir. I am requesting that the hotel reimburse me of the fare . The toilet did no work the next morning. Hotel cleanliness was exceptable.

Summary: Management and staff are very nice and understanding. Cleaning staff are always cleaning and maintaining the property. Breakfast has lots of options and the restaurant is very good
