Positive: The location was excellent and also the facility....breakfast was also very good. We also met the owner a good man...
Negative: The only issue we had was there was no bin the room where you could discard trash....and upon asking th staff we were told to just use a corner for now as the bins are very far to fetch at the time....basic house keeping issue....the owner promised us that we will obtain a receipt for the payment but it has not yet happened even after one follow up....but otherwise all was well

Positive: Property was located in a beautiful part of the Lushoto , it felt like Europe . Staff and food was delicious, everyone always happy to assist.
Negative: We didn’t like the fact that the bathroom was always wet after the shower , which was difficult and slippery . Staff told us they only had 1 key and they couldn’t clean daily , so we had to use dirt and wet bathroom during our stay , yet we were charged the cleaning fee for each day . It’s not nice to do that .
