Summary: Exceptional hotel and service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is elegant, very well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent bed quality. The breakfast and overall dining experience were also outstanding. The location in San Isidro is excellent — a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood with tree-lined, clean, and safe streets. It offers easy access to Miraflores and Barranco (more lively areas with great dining options) as well as to Lima’s main attractions. A truly excellent stay, and we would gladly return.

Summary: Great hotel, fantastic room. Super spacious, clean, amazing bed. Gym and spa were very good. Restaurant main lounge had good food, good service, decor was so so. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. Service throughout was very good.
