Summary: Three times shuttle bus between exhibition center to hotel, very convinient. Room was clean and staff's are very kind. Service is good, I am very satisfied.

Summary: The only thing i did not think was so good was the food at the buffet. i found it very limiting

Summary: The check-in staff was very friendly towards guests before me. She maintained her composure and being calm towards agitated guest whom seem to have problem with their booking. She served with a smile that made you felt welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that made me refuse to wake up. Breakfast choices of selection were marvelous, plenty of food to choose from. Love the scramble eggs especially.

Summary: I loved the cleanliness of the rooms. I also loved the in room amenities. The toilet and bathtub were my overall favorite. The best part of my stay was the handy traveller that was provided. It was a really great help
