Summary: We were disappointed when we found the patio covered with seedlings from the over hanging tree that easily blew through the birdcage area. We had to sweep the furniture and clean the pool daily. We notified the property manager who said there was nothing that they could do. Also the lamps on the tables in the living area did not work and the top ceiling lights flickered. ..

Summary: The house seems like it was spruced up with a few pieces of cheap furniture and cheap linens/pillows but it had an odor to it that smelled “old” and musty. Many of the lightbulbs were extremely bright cool white, not warm white which is much more appropriate and comfortable for a home setting. It was in a good location and the right size for our needs. Golf cart brakes need work. The master bathroom was nice however the guest rooms did not have tvs which was inconvenient for our family. Most necessities were available and we did enjoy our time visiting family nearby in The Villages, which is why we picked this house. The nightly rate was fair but the fees all together doubled the price making it way too expensive for what it was. $2000 for 4 nights and the home was pretty basic.

Summary: The home is lovely! we have a great visit with family who live in the Villages. The only issue was the air conditioning kept defaulting to 82 degrees, but the property manager was super helpful and got it corrected. We recommend!
