Positive: The quality of the furnishings, the stunning design and layout and the cool features of the lighting, security and access! The location is very central to Marais and St Germaine as well as having a great river vantage. There is also plenty around the Ile Saint Louis for food/drink shopping and dining.

Negative: Aircon was hard to adjust.

Positive: Location of the apartment was perfect on St. Louis Isle. Quiet side of the island with 3 boats across the way for a beverage in the evening. The amount of runners, bikers and walkers on the sidewalk made us feel right at home like a Parisian. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Negative: The only negative was the heat outside, the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work for us. Maybe we just couldn't figure it out. The large fan was good for us.
