Summary: Unexpectable check in made in the office !! With kids and luggages, coming strait from the airport, this should be done in the apartment... it was a big hassle for us. Extended stay was done very smoothly but we spent 3 weeks with no TV... they were not able to fix it. Besides these issues all went well.
