Summary: We stayed here to visit our son at GCU. It was just 5 minutes from campus and centrally located to all kinds of activities in and around Phoenix. The suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: I felt safe in this very private studio. Access from all road directions is easy. The bed was firmer than I am used to but I slept so that’s okay. I really missed ice! There were no trays for the freezer and it is Phoenix after all. The owner mentions a dog in the backyard but I never heard it—no problem there. I’d probably stay here again.

Summary: Spent 6 nights in the adorable studio. Just enough space for the two of us and never felt crowded. Fabiola has stocked coffee Kcups and bottled water for your stay. What a nice surprise.Wonderfully decorated and just as listed. Easy access to US17 to get around the city. Quiet and private-we were very happy. Earlier reviews mentioned the shower water pressure and we thought it was just fine.
