Positive: - The location is convenient — close to Jamuna Future Park and Evercare Hospital. - Most utilities were functional and met our basic needs.

Negative: - The security guards seemed unprepared to handle guests in the rental units. They were occasionally rude, likely due to a lack of communication from the apartment owner about the dual nature (residential and rental) of the building. - Trash collection only happened after multiple follow-up requests. - Elevators were turned off after 11 PM, which was quite inconvenient. - The property overall could benefit from better maintenance.

Summary: Good location, but security staff were rude and unprofessional.

Positive: Residential area with high security, calm and peaceful surroundings. Full amenities are ensured, all sorts of facilities are provided one can even ask for. Nearer to the largest shopping mall, Jamuna Future Park; easy access to the dhaka elevated expressway for the daily commute. Last but not the least, this is a spacious apartment exactly similar as per the images shown and the host is responsive as well as caring despite being in another time zone. Great value for money I would say, strongly recommended.

Negative: Nothing much, but there is always a scope of improvement in the future.

Negative: Property is excellent, there is three bedrooms. One bed room ac was not working the day we visited.

Positive: I love the fact that it was a lock code. No hassle to collect keys. Also love the security staff. Amazing, kind people. So accommodating and polite. Gave us no stress or hassle and went out of their way to help us without asking for a tip. The host was also reachable and very helpful and polite. Host also went out of their way to help. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay.
