Positive: Quiet, tucked away from all the busyness and noise, yet still walking distance to everything. Very accessible. Super comfy bed, cozy warm evening lights, clean & spacious room. Someone also came to clean, fix up the room, and restock the fridge every day. Nice owner :) Would stay here again if I need to travel back to this area.

Positive: Location is outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful, but also very central. Just a couple of minutes from the main market and 7-Eleven, restaurants, massage, etc

Negative: No WiFi, no cooking facilities.

Summary: Great, recommended especially for the outstanding value and location!

Positive: Location very near of the hustle and bustle of Bang Niang, but very quiet and peaceful. Everything in very good condition, spotlessly clean and fresh. Bed is much more comfortable than usually in Thailand. Small kitchenette and proper fridge for longer stays. Aircon is clean, quiet and effective.

Negative: There is no TV in the room.
