I love my home! This one level house is a three bedroom, one bath, functional kitchen, living room, and laundry room. It has large backyard with the fire pit. I maintain the house myself, it will always be clean and comfortable! It is only minutes from Penn State and on a bike path that leads to the stadium. It is a convenient location that is close to shopping, dining, State parks, hiking, and much more! Easy to get to and Is close to RT. 99, 26,322, and RT. 80

Summary: House is super clean, nice yard, and has all the basics you need. Also, is super close to campus literally only 5 mins. If you don't have a huge group and can deal with one bathroom it's the perfect house. Would definitely stay again!
