Summary: The house did not have hot water during our stay. The host asked me to manually switch it on from the boiler which meant during our one night stay, none of my family were able to shower or use hot water. In addition, there were stains in the bathtub and the main oven did not work. The host (Jessica Vu) promised a compensation, which upon following up after the stay, she ignored my message. Vrbo needed to intervene with two agents and screenshots of her promises before she did the bare minimum possible to compensate. Disappointing experience with an otherwise decent house.
