Negative: The room was very cold. The heater did not have any effect. You just have to cover yourself fully throughout, probably because it is a basement

Positive: Breakfast was not included. Despite that there was coffee and good quality tea provided, and one had a use of microwave and condiments all the necessary utensils. I was very comfortable there. Lots of space, possibility to use washer and dryer. I also liked the location, as there was very close nice recreational trail.
