Summary: Sorry to say that we did not enjoy our stay at this Vrbo. Upon entering we were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of a manufactured room freshener. Luckily, none of us suffer from chemical sensitivities, but this made it very unpleasant. In taking in the space, though initially not unattractive, we began to see the evidence of shabbiness … torn fabric on the arm of a perhaps leather couch, dirty carpet leading up to the second floor, smudges on walls, rickety bedside lamps, bulbs missing in all the ceiling fixtures , no soap in the showers and sadly the list goes on. We all looked forward to leaving in the morning. Though the host responds quickly and seems very nice, and the spaces were generous and offered great potential this Vrbo erred on the side of mediocre quality

Summary: Hanging on the back deck, cards around the table, plenty of beds...this townhome is perfect for Friends/family gathering. We had an issue with the fridge and our host came over with ice at midnight(!) to make sure we were OK. Close to all things Germantown yet in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful weekend

Summary: There were 7 women in my bike group. We arrived by shuttle from the C&O trail. It was a 30 minute shuttle ride from the trail at White's Ferry. The house was in good order and there was plenty of room and beds for all of us. The house is accurately described in the listing and reasonably priced. Since we didn't have a car, we walked about 30 minutes to a grocery and liquor store. We had pizza and salads delivered from a nearby restaurant which worked out great. The neighborhood was quiet and our overnight stay went well. Some recommendations for improvements would be to provide ice cube trays as the ice maker wasn't working. Provide a larger coffee pot as 5 cups wasn't big enough. Please leave the AC lower than 80 degrees when someone is expected. It was 95 degrees outside that day and it took many hours to cool the house. The shower in the lower level didn't work. Would it possible to remove garbage from the curb in a more timely matter? There was a large pile of bags out front when we arrived. Overall a good stay and we were thankful for a comfortable night's sleep before biking again the next day!

Summary: Started out with the power going out, came back on and all was good. Asked for more towels got washcloths. Would have been nice to have at least some coffee to start off the stay. Would have been nice to have a has grill rather than a charcoal grill. Communication with owner was off as the owner was not there. Furniture was not comfortable but made. It was clean. Would have been a good idea to let everyone know about the water in the showers since mid shower the water cuts off. We left it clean as we always do. Would have washed linens but was asked not to so we didnt.

Summary: Nice house with lots of beds and bathrooms. Clean. Worked well for our group of 11. Easy access to the freeway. Nice deck. Good air conditioning.

Summary: 10 of us stayed in the unit. 5 grandsons-ages 14-20 stayed in big room on bottom floor. That worked out very well. We put the 73 year old snorer in a room of his own and a couple in a room and a mother-daughter in the room with 2 beds. It was very clean, had plenty of dishes, pans. Parking was a problem for us because we had 3 cars, but only 2 for the unit. A little step up as soon as you walk in is a tripping hazard-needs to be marked somehow. I would definitely recommend it for comfort and cleanliness
